The recurrence of nephrotic syndrome after kidney transplantation is a particularly vexing
problem. Steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome with progression to renal failure occurs most
often in the setting of focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), a pathological diagnosis
